Terms and Conditions

  1. Under no circumstances may you use my work for training or feeding or otherwise consciously assisting the proliferation of generative AI. Under no circumstances may you use my work for NFTs.

  2. My work is for personal use only. Do not use my work for commercial purposes.

  3. I OFFER NO DISCOUNTS ON ORDERS OR SCENES WHICH INCLUDE MULTIPLE CHARACTERS.

  4. Do not remove my watermark or claim your order as your work. If you post your order anywhere, please include credit somewhere visible in the post to my username or one of my social links.

  5. I may use your order as an example in this or future commission sheets. I may also post it to my socials. I will always include credit to the username I know you by. If you need your order to remain private please indicate that to me before the final product is delivered

  6. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The rest of the payment is required upon delivering proof that the art is completed via low-resolution export. Only then is the full-resolution piece delivered to the client.

  7. My prices are subject to change but they will never affect an in-progress order.

  8. I will only accept payment through PayPal. I will only accept payment through invoices that I've sent to the client.

  9. I reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, and I am not required to state a reason.

Revision Policy

  1. Large changes can be requested twice at the sketch stage for free. After, a 20% fee on the original price is introduced per large change. Large changes are not permitted after the sketch is completed. A large change involves scrapping + redrawing 70-100% of the existing image, but may also be up to my discretion.

  2. If the client wants changes at any point after the sketch, these changes may only be "small" changes. A small change implies anything that doesn't require backtracking to previous stages. For example, if in the rendering stage, you may not ask for changes to the line art or color. If in the Color stage, you may not ask for changes to the line art. An order is allowed 4 free small changes per stage (color, line art, render) before a revision fee of 10% per change is incurred.

  3. Any change that is required to stay accurate to the client's character (i.e., using the right color, clothing, anatomy, etc.) will be unlimited and done for free at any stage (within reason and subject to discretion from me) UNLESS it is a large change that requires backtracking to the sketch phase. Superfluous changes (i.e., pose, art style, background design, clothing if left to me to design, etc.) are subject to revision fees.

  4. Fee totals are calculated from the base price and do not stack. Fees will be tacked on to the final payment.

For example, a commission worth $100 incurs two 20% revision fees. Each fee is valued at $20. The client payed $50 as a deposit. The client will pay $90 when the final art is approved. Please note this is only an example scenario, not all revision fees are valued at $20.

Process Timeline

Expect a maximum of a 2 month turnaround. If your order exceeds this time frame, your order will become top priority and I will provide updates semi-daily for transparency's sake.

  1. I send the client an invoice worth 50% of the base price as a deposit before the order begins.

  2. I work on the sketch, which I will run by the client until they are happy with it. A 20% revision fee will apply here if the client requests more than 2 large changes to the sketch.

  3. The sketch gets locked in and may not be changed.

  4. I will begin refining the sketch or lining the art, whichever is appropriate for the order

  5. I will present the final lines to the client for approval. Only small changes are permitted at this point.

  6. I will begin coloring the art.

  7. I will present the final flat colors to the client for approval. Only small changes are permitted at this point.

  8. I will begin rendering the colors

  9. The final piece is presented to the client for approval. Only small changes are permitted at this point.

  10. The client approves the final image. I send an invoice. The client pays the remainder, including any revision fees that were collected during the order's process.

  11. I deliver the final images.

I will not draw

  • Hateful art (up to my discretion)

  • Someone else's style / art

  • NSFW / fetish / full nudity
